We had a great turn out on Saturday, May 13th, 2017 at the first Catstream Dignity Project work party!
The aim of the project is to enhance the habitat necessary for the salmon population to return as well as for our community to appreciate our natural spaces (Permaculture Zone 5). This is a long-term project and so to begin, we removed garbage, pulled invasive plants as well as enhanced trails to increase public use of the parkland. Go by the Catstream Bridge off of Park Avenue between 6th and 7th and take a look at what we did!
